Our Mission
At FTG, we have developed a training program for sprinters and athletes that focuses on power production, explosive acceleration patterns, and max velocity development to help them strive for their "glory" in their sport.
The Process
Step 1
Film yourself from the side. Upload it. That's it.
Step 2
Frame-by-frame analysis with specific cues. Not generic advice.
Step 3
Custom programming built around YOUR mechanics. Drills, progressions, weekly check-ins.
